Where you can collect the sample at home i.e stool or saliva, a kit will be sent directly to you from the lab with an express post envelope to post directly to the lab. Results are sent to the practitioner and you will be advice of results when they are in. Upon receipt of results you will need to book a consultation to go over the results before they can be sent to you.
Cancellation/Deposit Policy
A charge of $70 applies to all missed appointments without a 48 hours notice.
You will receive an automated reminder of your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
If you paid a deposit for your upcoming appointment but need to reschedule, your deposit will be left in credit for a future appointment if you gave us 48hrs notice.
If you are not rescheduling and you would like your deposit back, you will need to give us 48hours notice, however, note that an administration fee of $20 will be charged.
(normally happens when booking family slots) PREPAYMENTS WILL APPLY as follows:
Initial appointment – deposit of $70
Follow up appointments (prolonged approx. 1hr) – deposit of $70 per appointment
