Do you have HICAPS available at the clinic?

As as April 2019 Private Health fund rebates no longer apply as per government policy.

Can I use the sauna and/or energy blanket sessions without having to see the naturopath

Yes, you may complement the treatment of other healthcare professionals outside our clinic with our 3:1 solocarbon sunlighten sauna or our relaxing and pain management energy blanket sessions.

How much can I expect to pay after my initial consultation is finished?

Apart from the cost of your consultation, there are no costs unless you choose to purchase the recommended supplements and/or treatments or have further testing done.

If I buy the supplements or treatment packages can I have my money back if I change my mind?

We have a strict no refund or exchanges policy on supplements unless the seal is broken in which case it will be replaced by an identical product. Treatment packages can be shared with others if you don’t wish to come in for treatments.

How can I be sure of the quality of the herbs, creams and supplements you use?

At the Betterhealth Clinic we only use practitioner strength products. All products have been tested, registered and approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration. Our non refund policy further ensures the quality of the products you take home. When you take the products home you know that they have never left our premises and have been kept in a quality controlled environment at all times.

Can I keep taking my medication?

You will not be asked to stop any medication prescribed to you by your doctor. Please be sure to bring them along so we can make sure we are not interacting with them, but rather working to support your current health care plan.

How often do I need to come back?

All health plans are individualised to suit needs, lifestyles and budget. Speak to Claudia about the best option for you. We also have set packages you may choose from. contact@betterhealthclinic.com.au

Is there free parking?

Yes, there is 2 hour free parking at the front and side of the clinic.

Is there a wheel chair access?

Yes, there is. Just ask us to open the double door for you.

Is there a toilet onsite?

Yes there is a large toilet with easy access inside the clinic.
